Bloveslife began as a passion project in early 2017 when Bethany Gaskin, known as Bloveslife, first stepped onto the YouTube scene. Initially launching her channel under the name Bloves2cook, Bethany shared her love for cooking through engaging videos from her kitchen. Yes, this is the sauce! She uses the Pouch Seasoning mixes and makes the recipe on the back.

There are easy-to-follow instructions on the back of the package. All you need on hand is butter, sweet onion, ginger, Bloveslife’s Smackalicious Sauce Mix pouch, chicken broth, or water. Optional: Coca-Cola. There is a tutorial on YouTube where you can watch Bethany herself give you all the tips!

You can store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator for seven days or in the freezer for six months.

The mild sauce comes in a 7.04-ounce package. The garlic comes in 9.04 ounces, and the spicy comes in 9.04 ounces.

Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after three weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

Team Smackalicious takes great care in packaging our products to ensure their safe delivery to you. That being said, we can’t account for everything. In the rare event that you receive damaged product, please take photos of your damaged product including the packaging and send them to us for our claims process. We will get replacements product out to you as soon as possible

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 postal service days. Expedited shipments arrive within 2-3 days (weekends not included)

Refunds:

Refunds are issued on lost or damaged items. From time to time delivery services either lose or damage product during shipping. For lost packages where the carrier acknowledges that the product was lost we will issue a full refund of the order. On orders where the carrier has determined that the package was successfully delivered but the customer did not recieve the product. We will handle these orders on a case by case basis and issue a partial refund if the customer provided the correct complete shipping address information. Refunds granted will not include any applicable shipping, handling/dutie fees. We will not issue refunds for products stolen from a customers property.

Refunds for Damaged Product:

If your product was damaged during shipment. Please take photos of the damaged product and its shipping packaging before requesting a refund. We will need these photos to make a any refund decision. In cases of product damaged in shipment we will issue a full refund of the product within 5 business days once our investigation is completed.

Note: You will receive an email with tracking information when your product is shipped. Use this information to track and be on the look out for your purchase. Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges) if the shipping information on the order was complete and correct at the time of the order. We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed please contact the delivery service noted by your tracking email to have them hold your package for pickup. This will enusre you recieve your product. While some hot sauce brands contain up to 124mg of sodium per teaspoon, ours has 55 mg. It also has zero calories, fat, carbs, and cholesterol. All the info is on our label.
