After purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information when your product is shipped. All orders placed before 1 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed after 1 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship within 2 days starting on the next business day. Use this information to track your purchase.

Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after three weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

Our mild and spicy sauces contain soy, mustard, and celery. Our garlic sauce contains milk, mustard, and celery.

Our mild and spicy flavors are vegan-friendly as well as all of our hot sauces.

While some hot sauce brands contain up to 124mg of sodium per teaspoon, ours has 55 mg. It also has zero calories, fat, carbs, and cholesterol. All the info is on our label.
